Our Philosophy Our children are our future and a source of happiness in our present lives. Ensuring their physical and mental development takes place in a healthy manner within a happy environment is the key factor that motivates us. We view every child who joins us as a unique and special individual; our core philosophy is to provide each one with appropriate, personalised education within a group setting, fostering team spirit and discipline – in short, their ‘unconditional happiness’. About Us Soyer Sports Club was founded on 12 December 2008 by 13 sports enthusiasts (who understood that sport is not just about football), recognising that not every child or young person can practise the same sport and that there would be a variety of disciplines, each with its own priority for participation. Since 2008, the Soyer Sports Club has placed particular emphasis not only on developing athletes but also on training coaches, and has been active in leagues since its inception, continuing its activities across various categories. Our Objectives To promote and foster a love of sport; to encourage all young people to take part in sport from an early age; to provide young people with opportunities to develop their talents; to contribute to society by nurturing young people of sound character who are honest, hard-working, caring, generous and respectful; to boost their self-confidence in order to contribute to their personal development; to enable children to discover themselves by assigning them appropriate responsibilities during training sessions; to engage in cultural and social activities together with young people and the local community; and to foster love and respect amongst families, athletes and the community – these are our primary objectives. Our Mission The club’s mission is to encourage young people across the country to take up sport from an early age, to guide them according to their talents, and to develop these talents so that they can participate in sport in areas where they have an interest and can excel; whilst also ensuring that, through sport, they become individuals who embody the essential social values that are indispensable to society, with strong character, who are honest, hard-working, caring, generous, respectful towards their elders, and who love, protect and look after those younger than them, and to foster individuals of the highest moral character. Furthermore, amongst the club’s objectives is to foster individuals who understand and embrace sport, who have made sport a way of life and a philosophy, who have adopted and will practise the philosophy of lifelong participation in sport, who are mindful of maintaining their health, and who will raise awareness and serve the community in this regard. In all our endeavours, we work towards the ‘Unconditional Happiness’ of our children by training them in various sporting disciplines under the club’s umbrella, without discrimination on the grounds of colour, race, gender or religion, and under fair and equal conditions. Our Vision The club’s vision is to be an organisation that develops steadily, is competitive across various sporting disciplines, and is capable of competing on equal terms with its rivals in every sport, to be a leading and pioneering sports club that sets an example for society, represents its community by achieving successes of which it can be proud in every field, and contributes to our country surpassing the level of modern civilisation it deserves in the realm of sport.
